To ensure that you receive the most appropriate rate for each project, we will call you to discuss and assess your requirements. You will be kept up to date on the progress of each assignment and its associated costs. You get charged only for time on task plus incidental expenses.
VirtuOffice's competitive rates are based on two plans:
- Individual project
- Contract price
Individual project plan
The individual project rate varies according to the specifications of each project. Costs are charged on a per hour basis in 15-minute increments. Estimates are calculated according to the complexity of your project, readability, format, grammar, organisation and technical content of the material submitted. The skills level and technology needed to complete your project are also considered.
Contract price plan
The contract priced plan is best suited for those businesses that require VirtuOffice for a fixed number of hours on a retainer basis, i.e. 10 hours per week or per month, etc.
incidental expenses
Any out of pocket expenses incurred on your behalf are charged as per receipts. Such items include: postage, stationery, photocopying, long distance calls, software, couriers and special deliveries. A detailed list of out of pocket expenses is itemised on commission of each project. To establish what plan best fits your needs, please contact us.
payment of services
VirtuOffice's established clients have the choice of paying for their projects on receipt of their monthly invoices either by:
- Electronic bank transfer
- Business or personal cheque
- Paypal
Our bank details will be sent to you when we submit an invoice. Note that if you are a new client who chooses to pay for an initial project by business or personal cheque, we cannot start working on your project until your cheque has cleared, which may cause unnecessary delays, particularly if you are in a rush. Therefore, we recommend payment via bank transfer for quicker service delivery.
