Client expanding business

A clients business expanded quicker than anticipated and all staff were working long hours and still not getting everything finished. VirtuOffice was contracted to assess the workload of each area, implementing procedures to ensure quality is maintained. As well as assist with suggestions of more staff and in what areas whether it be full time people, casual or temporary staff.

Client needing procedures manual

A client employed staff as her business expanded but as she grew there were still some jobs not being covered while others were being done more than once. VirtuOffice was contracted to provide a procedures manual for the staff to follow to ensure all jobs were being completed yet none completed more than necessary Thereby reducing the excess of staff.

Originally from Sydney, Karen has worked in Australia for the past 30 years, including Sydney and Perth. She has worked with companies of all sizes in various industries from transport, travel, mining, medical and printing. In addition, she took on the administration of a non-profit organization.

Currently she is putting what she has learned working with such a varied group of businesses, to use by providing services in many areas that assist in building businesses. Often she is the extra pair of hands that a CEO needs or provides the right web presence that extends the growth of a business. She may provide templates, extending your corporate identity, for software programs so your business has a particular presence in the market place.
